Roll up, roll up...despite not yet conducting a press conference, or notifying the press at all (I'm sure word will spread fast though), the 2012 fixtures are now officially ready to view. The first of this season's 42 games is on Saturday (the only Saturday match of the season) 21st April v Selly Park Tavern, with the season finale being a home match v Coftonians on Sunday 30th September.

Last year started with a bang (in more ways than one...) v Selly Park Tavern with a 233 run victory on a swelteringly hot day. Let's hope the same will happen this year (minus the 'Chas incident'). Last year was also due to finish with the Coftonians, although the weather got the better of that game and Butcher's 1000 runs (just going to have to do it a bit earlier this year!).

There are still a fair few nets left before the season starts and we always welcome new and returning faces. Please email contact@fitmen.org.uk or call/text/email Adrian if you are interested in turning your arm over!

In order for everyone to keep on top of the vast number of fixtures, we have created a 2012 Fixture Poster to be printed out and stuck up (where it is legal to do so). We are always looking for new members with anyone and everyone welcome. So if you know anyone interested in playing some games this year, please point them towards the website where contact details are available.
